A man has been jailed for 23 years for kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old female, then arranging other men to have sex with her for money.
Rapist Ibrahim Hussain, 35, had kidnapped another girl last year and was on bail. He sexually assaulted her in his car when he abducted her from Horton park.
Bradford Crown Court were told, Ibrahim Hussain of Little Horton, abducted the 12 year old girl then took her to a property in the city then raped her multiple times. He then shifted her to an address in Leeds where he arranged five men to have sex with her.
The court heard in 2016 September, Hussain made contact with a 16 year old girl on Facebook, the worlds most popular social networking site. The 16 year old girl posted on her Facebook account asking if anyone was “coming out”.
Judge David Hatton QC said: “Despite being twice her age you volunteered and sought to impress her with a photograph of your car and delusional promises that she would be meeting someone special.
“She didn’t meet someone special, she met you.”
The victim said, Ibrahim Hussain picked her up from Great Horton Road then drove her to Keighley where he sexually assaulted her in the car. She further told, Hussain bought her drugs and alcohol.
Ibrahim Hussain was taken into police custody and was charged and granted bail.
However, even though he was on bail, last year July he kidnapped a 12 year old girl and kept her for two days at a property in Bradford.
The judge added: “You groomed her into having some affection for you.
“She was a very vulnerable girl with an unstable home life and you preyed upon her vulnerability, which you knew was for your own gratification.”
He raped her three times then arranged five other men to come to the flat in Leeds and do the same for an amount agreed between them.
The judge said the men “could only be described as a ravenous pack of wolves” and Hussain made money out of it.
He further added: “The effects upon her have been immense.
“She has been subjected to immense medical examination and has unsurprisingly lost confidence in male company.
“This has been totally, or at least in large measure, down to your utterly selfish desires, that you are unable to satisfy yourself with someone your own age you may have destroyed her.
“I hope not but only time will tell.”
Hussain was sentenced to 15 years for the all the rape charges he was found guilty of and 6 months for the first sexual assault, both sentences to be served concurrently. He was also given a seven and a half year for arranging sex with other men for money.
His jail term totalled to 23 years and he will have to serve half of his prison sentence before he is eligible for parole for early release.
He was also ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and was subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
PC Jessica Ambler, of the Bradford District Safeguarding Unit, said: “The fact he committed the offences against his youngest victim while on bail demonstrates the danger he poses to young girls and vulnerable young women, who should feel a lot safer knowing that he has been given a significant jail term.
“We hope this outcome will give his victims some closure and allow them to move forward with their lives.
“We also hope it will encourage other victims to engage with the Bradford District Safeguarding Unit, whose specially trained officers will investigate every report with partners to identify perpetrators of sexual abuse and bring them before the courts.”
