Police officers didn’t have to chase the drug dealer but in fact he came to them.
What else could a police officer want a drug dealer opening the police car’s door and pops inside.
Police officers couldn’t believe their luck when the drug dealer with 1000 spliffs got into their car thinking it was a taxi.
Police officers were minding their own business when the man with the drugs opened their car’s door and asked to be taken to his home without realizing it was a police car.
The known drug dealer was arrested for possession of drugs with intent to supply and now faces up to 8 years in jail.
“Last night (Wednesday) a cannabis dealer from Christiania who wanted to get home quickly got into a taxi,’ the Police Twitter account wrote.
“He received a big surprise when he realised it was actually a police car he was sitting in.
“The police car was in the area because there’s currently a crackdown on drugs.”
Police Chief Jesper Bangsgaard added “The man had been caught bang to rights and could not really make an excuse.”
